We understand that some pets have special needs and we are prepared to do whatever is necessary to make their stay enjoyable, be it spending extra time with the shy or formerly abused, feeding extra food to the underweight or finicky, or playing extra hard with the youthful and vivacious. While we do love animals and are prepared to go the extra mile, if your pet has a serious medical condition, it may be best to leave him with a medical professional.
